Exchange Policy

  1. Without prejudice to the applicable contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the customer has the right to request an exchange of the product purchased from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. The right to exchange shall expire after the lapse of this period.
  2. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition, and the customer must not have used or benefited from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving the exchange to ensure its condition.
    The customer shall bear the shipping costs in case of exchange. For international exchanges, the customer shall bear all shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping carrier. In cases where a defect or error is identified, the customer will be compensated accordingly.

Exchange is not permitted in the following cases:

  • Removal or damage of any original tags attached to the garments.
  • If a defect arises due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • For hygienic purpose all kind of socks and underwear products are not subject for exchange. 

Return Policy

  1. Without prejudice to the applicable contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase and return the product within three (3) days from the date of receipt. This right shall expire after this period.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and the customer must not have derived any benefit from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving the return to ensure its condition.
  3. The customer shall bear all costs associated with the return process. For international returns, the customer shall bear all shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping carrier. In cases where a defect or error is identified, the customer will be compensated accordingly.

Returns are not permitted in the following cases:

  • If the product was custom-made based on the customer’s request or according to specifications provided by the customer, except in cases where the product has a defect or does not meet the agreed specifications.
  • Removal or damage of any original tags attached to the garments.
  • For hygienic purpose all kind of socks and underwear products are not subject for return.
